Daniel Nigh is a founding partner of the law firm Nigh Goldenberg Raso & Vaughn. He is the national co-lead counsel for Valsartan multidistrict litigation and has focused his efforts on overseeing the science and experts committee as well as the bellwether committee. He is also on the Zantac plaintiffs steering committee for multidistrict litigation and chair of the science and experts committee.

Nigh helped start Benicar antihypertensive drug litigation, which resulted in a $358 million global settlement. He was also on the DePuy ASR science and experts committee and co-chaired the third-party discovery committee. He was a member of the bellwether committee for Bair Hugger litigation. Nigh was also actively involved in the depositions of defense witnesses in Abilify and vaginal mesh litigations.

Nigh graduated from Florida Southern College in Lakeland with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and minors in business administration and math. He graduated magna cum laude from Stetson Law School in Gulfport, Florida.
